The EverStrong Program

Six steps, repeated and reassessed across the year. Everything is individualized to your assessment results, your movement capability, and your goals.

How It Works

A One-Year Membership

Our bone health program in Southeast Wisconsin looks at more than bone density alone. We evaluate how your bones are built, how your body moves, and how you respond to progressive strength training. Then we use those results to create an individualized plan. Our aim is to help you build strength safely, improve physical capability, and keep the independence and confidence that matter to you.

EverStrong Annual Membership

The six steps

A One-Year Program, Built Around Measurement

The EverStrong program is structured as a one-year membership. That timeframe is what allows us to assess, train, and reassess across the year to see what changes. Each step informs the next.

01

Know Your Bones

We begin with a REMS bone assessment, then repeat it at 6 months and 12 months. Three assessments across the year let us track change rather than rely on a single snapshot.

02

Understand How You Move

AI-assisted 3D motion analysis looks at selected functional movements — mobility, balance, symmetry, stability, and movement control. We reassess these over time to see how movement is changing.

03

Understand Your Nutrition & Metabolism

You’ll spend about two weeks with a continuous glucose monitor. The data informs individualized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations tailored to you.

04

Prepare Your Body

Before each session, you’ll move through an individualized warm-up built from your assessment results — preparing your body for the work that follows.

05

Build Strength

A progressive strength program based on the LiftMor protocol, twice a week, individualized to your movement capability, health status, goals, and tolerance.

06

Recover & Adapt

Each session closes with a cool-down and recovery, plus nutrition and recovery guidance to support adaptation between sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about REMS or how EverStrong works? You’ll find answers to the most common ones here. EverStrong is a self-pay membership and does not accept insurance, so there are no claims or paperwork on your end. If your question isn’t covered here, we’re happy to help.

What is a REMS scan?2026-10-17T03:51:11+00:00

REMS stands for Radiofrequency Echographic Multi-Spectrometry. It is an ultrasound-based scan that calculates your bone density and your bone structure in a single assessment.

Is a REMS scan the same as a bone density test?2026-10-17T03:52:46+00:00

A REMS scan includes a bone density measurement, and it also calculates your bone structure and architecture. REMS gives you a more well-rounded picture of your bone health from a single scan, with no radiation.

Does a REMS scan use radiation?2026-10-17T03:54:09+00:00

No. REMS is ultrasound-based and uses no radiation.

How often do bone assessments happen?2026-10-17T03:54:47+00:00

Your EverStrong membership includes scans at the start, at 6 months, and at 12 months so you can see your progress. Because REMS uses no radiation, it can be repeated more frequently.

How long does a REMS scan take?2026-10-17T03:55:02+00:00

The scan takes only minutes, and you’ll have your results at your visit.

Does EverStrong accept insurance?2026-10-17T03:55:20+00:00

No. EverStrong is a self-pay membership and does not bill insurance. Contact us to learn more about membership.

What is the difference between osteopenia and osteoporosis?2026-10-17T04:00:28+00:00

Osteopenia means your bone density is below normal. Osteoporosis occurs when your body can no longer create new bone as fast as it breaks down old bone. That leaves bones weaker and more likely to break. Osteopenia can be a precursor to osteoporosis, but that is not always the case. Either way, it’s worth understanding where your bones stand today. Contact us to learn more about your first assessment.

What are the best exercises for bone density?2026-10-17T04:01:43+00:00

There isn’t one exercise that fits everyone. EverStrong’s program is built on progressive strength training, with exercises selected and modified around your assessment results, movement capabilities, and goals.
